Together with her husband, Peter, Blanca leads with both heart and discipline, proudly supporting a team of over 30 employees and their families. Their success is a testament to strong values, dedication, and the belief that with God’s support, everything is possible. This business is built on faith, grounded on a rock of purpose, perseverance, and belief.

With a strong background in sales management and team leadership, Peter has built his career around delivering results while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction. His experience managing teams, streamlining operations, and working directly with clients has shaped the foundation of Mimi’s Moving.

As Director of Operations, Peter oversees the day-to-day execution of every move—ensuring that each job is handled with efficiency, attention to detail, and the highest level of care. He takes a hands-on approach, working closely with his team to uphold the company’s promise of white glove local, long-distance, and relocation services.

As Office Manager and Moving Coordinator, Michelly’s role extends far beyond scheduling moves and answering phones.

From coordinating local and long-distance relocations to managing logistics, crews, customer relations, and office operations, Michelly helps ensure every move runs smoothly from start to finish. Her strong communication skills, organization, and leadership allow her to wear many hats within the company while maintaining the high standards and white-glove service the company is known for.

In addition to overseeing office operations, Michelly manages the company’s social media platforms, online presence, and customer engagement efforts.

She is also heavily involved in organizing and coordinating community events, partnerships, and company appearances throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Whether it’s helping plan Touch-a-Truck events, supporting local organizations, or building relationships with referral partners and families in the community, she takes pride in representing the family-owned values that define the company.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Michelly is passionate about helping families during one of life’s biggest transitions while ensuring every customer feels heard, supported, and cared for. Her dedication, creativity, and leadership continue to make her an essential part of the growth and success of Mimi’s Moving Services.

Known for keeping both customers and crew members smiling, Cristian brings positive energy to every move while ensuring each job is completed with care and efficiency.

As a Manager and Lead Foreman, he oversees daily operations while helping supervise foremen and drivers to maintain high standards of service. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Cristian is able to communicate seamlessly with customers and crews alike, helping every move run smoothly from start to finish.

His ability to keep the team motivated while delivering dependable white-glove service makes him an essential part of the Mimi’s family.
